Purpose of Meeting:Reschedule of theHearing the appeal of the Demolition Order issued for 6656 Brush Lake Road, Eau Claire, MI. Property no. 11-16-0036-0002-14-1.
Pipestone Township Construction Board of Appeals will be hearing the appeal of the Demolition Order issued for 6656 Brush Lake Road, Eau Claire, MI. Property no. 11-16-0036-0002-14-1. Demolition has been ordered by the Building Official due to extensive structural damage having occurred in approximately June of 2025, with no attempt to date to initiate full repairs or proceed with demolition of the structure. Full demolition and clean up of all debris was to be fully completed on or before July 30, 2026.
A copy for public viewing in advance will be available at the Township Clerk’s Office, 7185 N. Elm, Eau Claire.
This notice is posted in compliance with Open Meetings Act, PA 267 of 1976 as amended, MLCA 41.72a (2)(3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
The Pipestone Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon 5-daynotice to the Pipestone Township Clerk.
